Yes. However, we don't give refunds. Once you have access you have a wealth of knowledge at your fingertips. Obviously, that's fairly expensive to come by. We have no problem helping you with support and our knowledge base.
We accept PayPal for automated payments; however, if you'd rather pay with another method, and you don't mind chatting with us via messenger (lower right), we can take credit cards, crypto, company check, Venmo, Cash App, and more.

Yes. We use the best SSL technology to encrypt our connection and our website is safely behind both hardware and software firewalls. We also use PayPal to process online payments on our website, which is actually processed by PayPal, not by us. If we take your credit card via secure chat we will run it through Square's secure system. Either way you'll get an immediate receipt after it's processed.

Click on "My Account" then "Settings." Now click "Password" and you'll be able to change your password. If you can't login, go to the login page and click "Lost Password." This will take you to the 'Password Reset' page.
